A COUNTY man took a bank card belonging to his former partner and used it to buy goods without her permission.
Connor Rafferty used the bank card belonging to his former girlfriend without her knowledge between September 1 and 30 last year.
Rafferty, of Galt Crescent, Musselburgh, appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last week, where he was ordered to pay the woman £500 in compensation.
The 29-year-old was also told he must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, while a non-harassment order was also imposed banning him from having any contact with the woman for the next three years.
