A DUNBAR man will be sentenced later this month after he admitted breaching a court-imposed home curfew.
Liam Jumelle, 20, was granted bail at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on March 23, 2022, and told he must remain within his home address between 7pm and 7am each night as part of his release conditions.
But Jumelle failed to adhere to the strict court rules and was outwith his home on Floors Terrace between those hours on October 2, 2023.
Jumelle, currently residing at the town’s Hillside Hotel on Queens Road, admitted the offence during a court hearing on July 12.
He was due to be sentenced at the Capital court last week but the case was further deferred to Wednesday.
