A WOMAN has been caught supplying cocaine to other drug users from a property in Musselburgh.
Pamela Butler was said to have found herself in financial difficulties and agreed to begin selling quantities of the Class A drug to friends and associates.
Butler had been holding parties at her home and was using the drug during the gatherings.
She was then “persuaded” to start selling quantities of the drug by the person she was being supplied by.
Edinburgh Sheriff Court was told that the 33-year-old finance worker was “embarrassed” by appearing in the dock in June, where she pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply.
Butler, of Middleshot Square, Prestonpans, was due to be sentenced last Monday but the court was told that the social work report previously requested was not yet available and sentence was deferred for a second time to September.
Butler admitted being concerned in the supply of cocaine to others at an address at Lochend Road South, Musselburgh, on May 16, 2022.
