A DUCK race in aid of Pencaitland Playgroup takes place at the beginning of next month.
The race is held at the village’s Stone Bridge from 2pm on September 1, with prizes to be won.
Ducks, £2.50, are available from parents of children attending the playgroup, the Spar, Rosearista or via the playgroup’s Facebook page.
Refreshments and games will also be on offer at the Carriage House.
