A TRANENT man threw a knife out of his window, causing the blade to land in his garden.
Liam Browne launched the knife from his home during an incident on the town’s Kings Road on July 1 last year.
Browne, 26, also behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by repeatedly lashing out and striking walls within the property.
He pleaded guilty to an amended charge during a hearing at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last week.
Sheriff Peter McCormack fined Browne £290.
