EAST Lothian’s mills were once major employers in the county, providing work to hundreds of residents and selling their goods all over the world.
Although iconic names such as Brunton’s Wire Mill, Stuart’s Net Mill and Inveresk Paper Mill are long gone, they still conjure up vivid memories for many East Lothian locals.
