A TRANENT teenager has been ordered to pay a fine after being caught in possession of cannabis.
Billi-Jay Millar was found with a quantity of the Class B drug when police arrived at his home at the town’s Bridge Street earlier this month.
Millar, 19, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Tuesday. Sheriff Peter McCormack issued the offender with a £210 fine.
Millar was caught with a quantity of cannabis at his home at Bridge Street, Tranent, on November 6.
