A MUSSELBURGH man has been placed on the sex offenders’ register after he was caught performing a solo sex act in Edinburgh. Marek Dziadowicz committed the public indecency on South St David Street in June 2021.
Dziadowicz, 25, of the town’s Millhill, was arrested by police who discovered he was carrying two offensive weapons. The officers found a Stanley knife and a lock knife during a search and he was taken to nearby St Leonard’s police station.
Dziadowicz appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Wednesday where he pleaded guilty to the three offences.
Sheriff Kevin McCarron placed him on the sex offenders’ register for a term still to be decided and deferred full sentence to next month.
