Located on a corner plot between the town's Quality Street and Forth Street, the premises is a 311sq ft office space available for lease.
The site contains a kitchen area and a WC.
Alandas, which has a gelato shop on Quality Street, previously applied to convert the same location into a hot food takeaway.
However, this was rejected in 2019 after council officers highlighted parking concerns and issues with road safety in front of the proposed shop.
The premises has remained vacant ever since.
