Tranent High Street
Nominations have been opened for Tranent and Elphinstone Community Council’s annual achievement awards, celebrating the efforts of residents in the area in a number of categories.
Members of the community can nominate unsung heroes for: sport, business, youth, community group/individual and special achievement (which recognises an achievement outwith these categories).
The closing date for nominations is June 11 and forms can be filled out and posted at Tranent Library, the Post Office, East Lothian Co-operative Bowling Club and East Lothian Roots and Fruits.
