The countdown is on to this year's Whitecraig Gala.
The 14 children in the royal court have been busy with rehearsals and are looking forward to their big day on Saturday, June 24.
The gala team has been busy organising the 2023 event which has been helped with funding from a monthly bonus ball and successful Christmas party.
The crowning ceremony will take place in the playing field next to the primary school at 11am, led by Gracious Lady 2023, Shona Bennett, a member of Whitecraig Community Council.

Becka Melrose, of the gala team, said Shona was a "pillar of the community," adding: "We are honoured to have her take on this role this year."
Also in attendance during the ceremony will be piper Matt Sinclair.
A variety of entertainment and food can then be enjoyed in the playing field. Tea, coffee and home baking will be served in the marquee.
Fancy dress fun is in store on evening before gala day on Friday, June 23. The parade will set off at 6.45pm after the judging on the playing field at 6pm.

"Thank you to everyone involved for their continued support," said Becka.
She explained: "We are only a small team at the moment and not easy organising things but, with more volunteers, I'm sure we can try organise other fundraising events in the lead up to the gala day."
