FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a caravan fire in Tranent last night (Sunday).
The blaze took place on the town’s Edinburgh Road with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service called at about 6.15pm.
A spokesperson for the national organisation said: “Operations Control mobilised two fire appliances to the town's Edinburgh Road, where firefighters were met by a well-developed fire.
"Crews extinguished the fire and made the area safe before leaving the scene.
"There were no casualties."
