School and nursery pupils from across East Lothian have been taking part in Burns Supper celebrations this week.
Pupils from Linton Primary School enjoyed a Burns Supper at school to celebrate the life of Scottish poet Robert Burns.
Children from Primary 1, 2 and 3 took part and enjoyed some traditional Scottish food, some tartan and some music.
At Preston Tower Nursery in Prestonpans. Children from the hedgehog nursery group were treated to a Burns Supper too with their families and enjoyed music from Miss Johnson.
Meanwhile, pupils at Elphinstone Nursery enjoyed a traditional Burns Supper and some Scottish snacks as they learned all about Robert Burns and Scottish words.
