CHRISTMAS is just days away and all over East Lothian people have been getting in the festive spirit ahead of the big day.
Schools across the county have been holding events, including Ross High School’s Christmas fayre, which was a “fantastic fun-filled morning”, according to headteacher Paul Reynolds.
The fayre was organised by Roisin Arbuthnot, principal teacher of creativity and entrepreneurship at Ross High.
Mrs Arbuthnot said: “It is definitely the busiest it has been with over 350 visitors.”
Alongside a Santa’s grotto, several stalls were set up at the fayre including from local businesses Paw Wow Presents, Lothian Woodworks, Bumble Beauty and many more.
Many pupils also set up their own stalls to sell products which helped to promote their business skills.
Mr Reynolds said: “It really was a fantastic and fun-filled morning. It was great to get this up and running again after the last few years.”
