A yellow wind warning is in place until 3pm today (Friday) affecting all of East Lothian.
The Met Office warns that wind gusts of 60-65mph can be expected and anyone out driving is advised to be cautious and plan ahead.
The Met Office advises that some delays to road and rail transport are likely, that some bus and train services could be affected and that delays for high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges could occur.
