Memories were stirred at Haddington’s Maitlandfield House Hotel by the sound of Sweet Caroline.
Musselburgh Dementia Friendly Group visited Haddington Dementia Friendly Singing Group for a performance.
A selection of songs from Oliver!, Morecambe and Wise’s Bring Me Sunshine, a quiz and a rousing chorus of Sweet Caroline rang out, led by musician Anne Traill, before the groups retired to the lounge for a cuppa and cakes.
The groups hope to repeat the get-together. The Haddington group meets on Wednesdays at 11am at the hotel, new members welcome.
