A PRESTONPANS man who breached a court order has been ordered to pay a fine.
Robert Muir, of Preston Crescent, was granted bail at Edinburgh Sheriff Court in November 2019 and told he had to comply with the conditions, including turning up for future court hearings.
But the 33-year-old broke the order by failing to show up at court for a diet on May 19 last year.
Sheriff Adrian Fraser fined Muir a total of £225 during a hearing at the city court last week.
