North Berwick motorists are set to face a significant diversion as roadworks take place on a town centre road.
East Lothian Council announced that Lochbridge Road will face closure for a 40m stretch at the junction with Wishart Avenue, near the junction with Haddington Road, opposite Law Primary.
The works are set "to facilitate infrastructure improvement works" and will see the section of the road closed for 10 days excluding weekends.
Parking will also be suspended along the closed section.
Motorists aiming to access Lochbridge Road from Haddington Road will now face a diversion that will take them along St Baldreds Road, Lady Jane Road and Dundas Road.
The works will commence on Monday, July 11 until Friday, July 15 and then from Monday, July 18 to Friday, July 22.
