A DUNBAR man who shouted and swore during a disturbance in the town has been ordered to wear an electronic tag for the next 60 days.
Dominic Spiden, 25, behaved in a threatening or abusive manner and uttered threats of violence at his home address on December 15 last year.
Spiden pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court earlier this year and he was back in the dock for sentencing last Tuesday.
He had not guilty pleas to charges including brandishing a knife at a 14-year-old girl and assault accepted by the Crown.
Sheriff Peter McCormack sentenced Spiden to a 60-day restriction of liberty order whereby he will have to stay within his home at the town’s Brunt Grove between the hours of 8pm and 6am.
