Newhailes Estate
An OPEN house weekend takes place at Newhailes estate in Musselburgh next Saturday and Sunday (May 14 to 15).
The historic house, which is maintained by the National Trust for Scotland (NTS), will be open for visitors to roam around at their own pace without a tour guide.
The event, priced £4, is suitable for all ages but pushchairs and prams are not permitted in the house.
It is not suitable for wheelchair users.
