Christmas toy appeal
Tranent Bowling Club is holding a toy appeal to give Christmas gifts to charity Home-Start East Lothian.
It is asking locals to buy a Christmas present and donate it to the Polson Park club today (Thursday).
A bowling club spokesperson said: “Once again, we are asking members and friends of the club to help those children in Tranent and surrounding areas at this special time of year.”
All donations will be passed on to Home-Start East Lothian.
