A BANK worker has been ordered to be of good behaviour for the next six months after he admitted pushing his partner.
David Morley acted in an aggressive manner and pushed the woman on the body at their home at Lydgait in Haddington.
Edinburgh Sheriff Court was told that Morley, 43, and the woman both worked for the same bank and their relationship was to continue.
Sheriff Matthew Auchincloss heard that Morley had been attending counselling and ordered the first offender to stay out of trouble until he appeared back at court next May. Sentence was deferred for good behaviour.
Morley admitted an amended charge of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by acting in an aggressive manner and pushing a woman on the body on July 3.
