A window from the winter wander in Musselburgh last Christmas
FESTIVE window displays in Cockenzie and Port Seton will offer residents a family-friendly ‘winter wander round’ this Christmas.
Organised by Cockenzie and Port Seton Community Council, the winter display event invites residents to create illuminated displays in their gardens, windows or doors to light up the streets.
Residents taking part should email their name and address to cockenzieandportseton@hotmail.com by December 8 to register their interest.
A map will then be produced showing the locations of all the displays, forming an after-sunset walking trail.
Prizes will be awarded to the best displays, with judging taking place on Wednesday, December 29.
