SUCCESSFUL efforts to tackle anti-social behaviour have been praised for transforming an area of Dunbar.
Complaints about issues in the Hallhill area had been highlighted to both East Lothian Council and Police Scotland, while Hallhill Tenants’ and Residents’ Association worked to tackle the problem.
A leaflet from East Lothian Tenants and Residents Panel (ELTRP) noted: “The feedback from the community is that it is like a new place to live – a big thank you from them to all involved.”
