TWO Haddington nurseries have been ranked among the best in Scotland.
Day Nurseries has published its list of the country’s top 20 nurseries, with Pear Tree Nursery Meadowpark and Pear Tree Nursery West Road flying the flag for East Lothian.
Colette Walker, nursery manager, said: “It is great recognition for the hard work we have put in, particularly through both of the lockdowns.”
Day Nurseries, which has compiled the list based on reviews from parents and guardians, notes Pear Tree Nursery Meadowpark delivers “high-quality childcare which is created by working with parents to understand the individual needs of each child”.
Meanwhile, the West Road branch, which opened in July 2018, is praised for “giving children the chance to learn about the world in a stimulating and fun learning environment”.
