A man was charged yesterday for driving without insurance
A 26-year-old male has been charged with driving with no insurance in Prestonpans and his vehicle seized.
At about 6.25pm yesterday, a Prestonpans Community Officer observed a motor vehicle driving from Old Craighall towards the A1.
A check of the vehicle found it had no insurance.
It was stopped and a 26-year-old male was charged with driving with no insurance and his vehicle was seized under Section 165 of the Road traffic Act.
