BENCHES at North Berwick’s West Links have been given a new lease of life thanks to members of North Berwick Rotary Club.
Since 2005, members have repaired, maintained and painted the six benches adjacent to the golf course’s second and third holes.
The benches, which look over the Firth of Forth, were in need of a little TLC, so Rotary members took on the task of bringing the benches back to their former glory, repairing and painting each one.
The Rotary club also added a thank you to the ground staff at North Berwick Golf Club for clearing the long grass around the benches prior to the work being carried out.
