THERE were two incidents in North Berwick town centre within 24 hours with one including a man in possession of a knife.
On June 15 a man was arrested near High Street after he was found in possession of the weapon within a public place.
After his arrest he was released without charge. A Police Scotland Spokesperson confirmed enquiries have concluded.
The day before (June 14), there was a minor assault on High Street.
Police attended and a positive line of enquiry is ongoing.
