THE highly anticipated victory tour for boxing hero Josh Taylor is set to commence in Prestonpans tomorrow (Sunday).

Josh, who grew up in Prestonpans, became the first British fighter to become an undisputed world champion in the four-belt era after defeating Jose Ramirez last month and returned to a hero's welcome in the town.

Speaking on the exciting build-up to his parade, the boxer said: “The parade will be good, I can’t wait, we are all very excited.

“When I came home, everyone was waiting on me in Prestonpans and when we drove through the town I couldn’t get out of the car to embrace everyone, so I felt like I let people down.

“I am looking forward to seeing everyone and catching up properly.”
