RESIDENTS of a Tranent street were given 1,000 reasons to cheer – all thanks to their postcode.
The People’s Postcode Lottery selected residents with the postcode EH33 2HU – Meetinghouse Drive, in Tranent – as winners of a £1,000 prize.
Twenty winning postcodes from across the country were selected on Sunday.
