A 64-YEAR-OLD was taken to hospital with “serious injuries” following a crash between Gifford and Haddington on Sunday morning.
Police were called out at about 11.30am after reports of an accident involving a car and a motorbike.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Emergency services attended and the motorcyclist, a 64-year-old man, was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh with serious injuries.
“The road was closed and re-opened around 5pm.”
