CCTV cameras could be installed outside Haddington's TSB branch
A BANK wants to install security cameras outside its Haddington town centre cash machine.
TSB is seeking planning permission from East Lothian Council for a CCTV system to monitor its ATM at its branch on Court Street.
The bank believes the cameras would help deter fraudulent uses of the cashpoint.
A spokesman added: “We feel the added security for users of the ATM would outweigh the potential harm to the building.”
