Police caught two people driving without a valid MOT certificate
TWO motorists have been cautioned after their vehicles were stopped and found to have no valid MOT certificates.
Police highlighted the incidents in a report to Haddington’s community council on April 13.
The first incident took place on the town’s Florabank Road on March 18, with a second vehicle stopped two days later at the town’s Abbotsview Junction.
On both occasions, the driver was cautioned and charged and a conditional offer issued.
