YOUNGSTERS in Dunbar had alcohol seized from them by police.
A problem solving partnership (PSP) – involving police, East Lothian Council and Dunbar Community Council, plus other organisations – is in place to tackle anti-social behaviour.
Local officers said a “few” calls had been made in the last month in relation to youth disorder and underage drinking.
A report sent to the town’s community council noted: “Areas where problems are known to occur are frequently patrolled by community police officers when available. Small seizures of alcohol [were] made from youths during April 2 and 3.”
