SMALL bags of cannabis found in a Haddington park have led to two men being warned by police.
Officers were walking in Neilson Park on April 2 when two men were found at the rear of the park’s pavilion.
Police detected a strong smell of cannabis and a spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Both males admitted to possessing a small bag of cannabis each; recorded police warning issued to both.”
The incident was highlighted in a report to the town’s community council, which met earlier this month.
