A TRANENT man has been placed on supervision after he made threats towards his partner.
Jayson Davie shouted and swore at the woman during an incident at Robins Neuk in Macmerry last December.
The 34-year-old also shouted, swore and behaved in an aggressive manner towards his partner.
He had previously admitted the offence at Edinburgh Sheriff Court and was back in the dock for sentencing.
Sheriff Chris Dickson placed him on supervision for the next 30 months and also imposed a programme requirement for the same period.
Davie, of Coalgate Avenue, will have to attend appointments with the Caledonian Men’s Programme, which is designed to address domestic offending.
Davie pleaded guilty to shouting, swearing, behaving aggressively and repeatedly making threats towards his partner at Robins Neuk, Macmerry, on December 12 last year.
