AN ORMISTON man has pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug at a home in Cockenzie.
David Ness, 42, was caught with a quantity of heroin at Whin Park on February 27, 2019.
Ness, of Clark Buildings, admitted the offence at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last week.
Sentence was deferred to April 26 for the preparation of background reports on Ness.
Co-accused 43-year-old Lisa Rybak, from Edinburgh, has denied the same charge and will stand trial at the court on the same date.
