PEOPLE are being asked to report issues directly to East Lothian Council after complaints regarding potholes on some roads were highlighted by residents and a member of Tranent and Elphinstone Community Council.
Several residents have highlighted issues with Elphinstone Road.
The road’s current condition was also mentioned at a meeting of Tranent and Elphinstone Community Council last Tuesday, where Edinburgh Road was also brought up.
Members mentioned that people were reporting issues such as potholes on social media.
Ward councillor Gordon Mackett made a plea that people report issues such as these in the correct manner by visiting eastlothian.gov.uk/reportit
