BISCUITS, jam, fruit juice and deodorant are all on a Tranent group’s shopping list.
Fa’side Community Pantry, which is open from 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, is appealing for donations of food and toiletries.

The group, which is based on High Street, is asking members of the public to donate a range of foods, including tinned fruit and vegetables, sugar, long-life milk, and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and toilet roll.
A spokesperson for the group said: “Many thanks to everyone who has supported us over the last few weeks with donations and carrier bags, we really do appreciate it.”
