SPEED checks in Tranent, Pencaitland and Ormiston will continue “for the foreseeable future”.
Members of the public identified speeding in the town and villages as a problem during the latest meeting of Fa’side Community and Police Partnership (CAPP).
The group allows members of the community to work with police officers to identify local policing issues.
Officers carried out speed checks in the three areas and have confirmed that will continue in the coming weeks.
