A PIECE of land in Tranent is up for auction later this month.
The narrow L-shaped strip of grass and trees runs alongside Elphinstone Road and Castle Road in the south-west of the town.
It is described as a “substantial plot” in a “sought after East Lothian town”. The guide price, the seller’s minimum expectation, is £3,000.
It is due to go to auction at Future Property Auctions in Glasgow next Friday (March 12).
