A TRANENT man has received an admonition after previously admitting shouting derogatory remarks towards his partner.
Joshua Caddy, of Civic Square, behaved in a threatening or abusive manner towards his partner at an address in Musselburgh last May.
Caddy, 30, uttered derogatory remarks and refused to leave the property during the incident.
He pleaded guilty to the offence at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last October and sentence had been deferred for him to be of good behaviour.
Caddy returned to the dock on Tuesday, where Sheriff John Cook admonished him on the charge.
