A MOTORIST who was stopped for speeding in a rural village has had his car seized.
Police officers were carrying out speed checks in Bolton last Thursday.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Upon stopping a driver for exceeding the speed limit, he was found to be unlicensed and uninsured.
“His vehicle was subsequently seized.
“Drivers are reminded that they must have the relevant documentation to legally drive on the road or face having their vehicle seized.”
