POP-UP police officers are being used in a bid to slow down drivers on a busy road.
Concerns have been raised about the speed of motorists on Belhaven High Street.
Officers have now used the cardboard cut-out officers as one tool to slow drivers down.
A spokesman for Police Scotland confirmed speed checks would also be carried out on the street.
He said: “We will continue to monitor this area with a number of proactive, real-time speed checks scheduled over the coming weeks to improve road safety and influence driver behaviour.”
