A PENALTY ticket has been issued to a person for breaching Covid-19 regulations after police were called out in Haddington.

Officers were called to a disturbance on the town’s Court Street on January 23.

The incident was highlighted in a report to the town’s community council, which met online earlier this month.

One man was arrested for a breach of bail, with a further person issued a ticket for breaching Covid regulations.
