Greenhouses at Sanderson's Wynd Primary School were targeted by vandals earlier this month
THREE youngsters will be reported for vandalism after an incident at a Tranent primary school.
Police were called out to Sanderson’s Wynd Primary School earlier this month.
A spokesman said: “On arrival, they observed the greenhouses at the rear of the school to be in a state of disarray, with panels from the greenhouse missing, shelving units tipped over and other items, including white boards, plant pots and growing bags, strewn outside the greenhouse damaged.
“East Lothian Community Action Team (ELCAT) officers assisted response officers in capturing three youths responsible for damaging the greenhouses within the grounds.
“All three youths will be reported for vandalism.”
