A COMMUNITY vaccination clinic opens its doors at the East Lothian Community Hospital today.
Mass coronavirus vaccination centres are being set up across the Lothians and Edinburgh.
Queen Margaret University in Musselburgh will have 16 stations and be capable of vaccinating 8,000 people a week.
It is due to open next Wednesday (February 10), with other large centres in Edinburgh and West Lothian.
Meanwhile, a community hub is being set up in the multi-million-pound East Lothian Community Hospital in Haddington.
Busy day for the team putting the final touches to East Lothian’s Covid Vaccination Centre. All ready to welcome our 70-75 year olds on Monday. Huge thanks to all who helped make this happen - I owe a lot of folk a lot of favours!! #teamwork @almac1405 @ELHSCP @IainGorman3 pic.twitter.com/hhXynRHSlt
