Police issued a warning to a man for drinking in the street in Haddington
DRINKING outside in Haddington town centre has led to a man receiving a recorded police warning.
Police were called out to Haddington High Street about “a large group” drinking on the street four days before Christmas.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Upon officers’ arrival, most of this group had made off.
“However, one male was issued with a recorded police warning for drinking alcohol in a public place.”
