A FORTY-NINE-YEAR-OLD man has been charged after alcohol was allegedly bought for youngsters in Haddington.
Police released a statement on social media highlighting that a report was being sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A police spokesman said: “Following complaints to officers in Haddington regarding a male who purchased alcohol for underage youths, a 49-year-old male has been traced and charged.”
They said a male had been “seen buying alcohol and handing it over to youths”.
