PEOPLE have until Friday to view a ceramic exhibition in North Berwick.

Sculptures made from the material by local resident Andrew Guest are on display in the window of Rock and Bird that faces Market Street.

Called Xanadu it is made up of pieces derived from the trays inside boxes of chocolates and other seasonal confectionery.

It is eleven of these sculptures that are on display.

Andrew, who suffers from Parkinson’s, describes his work as a “celebration of the ordinary…honouring and protecting the throwaway, and opening a window into worlds of consumption, manufacturing processes, materials, and waste”.

He previously had a display called ’34 Pill Pots’ derived from used blister packs in North Berwick Pharmacy last year.
